Libby Day launches Aberdeen art exhibition

Gray’s School of Art graduate Libby Day has designed a collection of metal vessels entitled ‘Surfacing Complexity, Surfacing Simplicity’, on display at Aberdeen’s Art Centre until 22 August, the first in a year long programme of exhibitions dubbed ‘4 BLNK WOLS’.Inspired by natural structures in comparison to urbanism Day digitises a combination of sketches and models to fabricate intricate designs ranging from lighting, furniture, interiors and jewellery.
